Callas Ibiza, a restaurant located in the heart of Calle de la Virgen, one of the most liberal and gay-friendly areas of Ibiza town, with a small terrace and a more intimate and romantic space inside. Everything here is homemade, handmade, and, in addition, it is cooked on the spot and over a slow fire according to the recipes of Mirian's grandmother, who, together with her husband Davide and her son Rajan lead this beautiful family project. Homemade pastas, pizzas, focaccias, fish and meat cooked at low temperature. Tradition and flavour
The menu is a tribute to the land of Tuscany and its products and wines, although it is also a tribute to Mediterranean cuisine, offering a wide variety of Spanish tapas and more substantial dishes such as octopus, entraña and hamburgers. And all desserts are homemade and vegan.

5 months agoWe arrived and were offered to dine inside or outside, there was a very good atmosphere in the street and we chose to dine outside if possible, they quickly set up a table and took it out for us, the food was amazing and the service was great, recommended 100%.

2 years agoIn the photo Lasagna and white wine suggested by the waiter. I had strong expectations of the place because of the good rating and preferred the waiter to give me his recommendation. I felt that the dish lacked something to enhance its flavours. The textures were very good and everything was very well prepared, for me it was a 7/10 but it is a place I would return to try other dishes. The service was average. The price is in line with the place and the portions. Nice atmosphere.

2 years agoThe food is very tasty and the food is cooked with love and that's the reason for the great result, all homemade. I highly recommend the Limoncello and Meloncello, pure vice!
