A surprising experience, a gastronomic and cultural journey through the history of Ibiza. David Reartes and his team have conceived a menu inspired by the most common ingredients in our islands since the Phoenicians lived here until the consolidation of the Carthaginians who ended up forming the Punic society of Ibiza. Dishes where the protagonist is the care with which they treat their top quality ingredients, a carefully chosen combination of flavours, a perfect pairing at each stage, an intimate and pleasant atmosphere and the unbeatable treatment of the whole team. An experience in which I recommend listening carefully to the history of each dish, the link between them and enjoy to the fullest with all the senses. I will be back soon, no doubt.

No es un lugar barato, pero cada euro que he gastado ha merecido la pena. Sitio tranquilo, comida buenísima y típica de Ibiza. Juan y Andoni han hecho un buen trabajo para conseguirlo, incluso han cocinado los cambios a medida de mis hijos. Y en especial querría destacar la atención de Enrique, súper atento con todos los detalles y muy amable con nosotros y con nuestras necesidades. En general, un 10.

The atmosphere of this place is magical. We have been lucky enough to enjoy excellent service. The quality and warmth of the service is sublime and the food is of unbeatable quality. We will come back as often as we can and have kept Can Font Restaurant as one of my favourites on the island.
