Callas Ibiza, a restaurant located in the heart of Calle de la Virgen, one of the most liberal and gay-friendly areas of Ibiza town, with a small terrace and a more intimate and romantic space inside. Everything here is homemade, handmade, and, in addition, it is cooked on the spot and over a slow fire according to the recipes of Mirian's grandmother, who, together with her husband Davide and her son Rajan lead this beautiful family project.
